Strawberry Lemonade + Recipe

Spring is officially here, which means I begin to indulge in my favorite seasonal beverage: lemonade.

The best thing about making a fruit lemonade is that you can use any kind of fruit and adjust the sugar to your preference. I had some left over strawberries that I needed to use up before they went bad and wanted to share my recipe with you.

Making homemade lemonade is so simple and delicious you will never want to spend money on it again!

Strawberry Lemonade


Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 6 people

Difficulty Easy


  • 1 cup of strawberries

  • 5-6 Medium or Large Lemons

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 6 cups of water


  1. Simple Syrup: Place sugar and 1c of water into a small saucepan. Over medium to high heat, dissolve the sugar. Once dissolved set to the side and rest.

  2. Lemon Juice: While your simple syrup cools, juice your lemons. You should have 1 ½ cups of juice

  3. Strawberry Puree: Quarter strawberries, place into a blender, add lemon juice and puree. Once blended strain through a fine sieve to remove any seeds and left over skins.

  4. Put it all together: Combine simple syrup, Lemon + Strawberry mix and water into a pitcher and mix well.


  • Dress it up and serve with sliced strawberries and a lemon slice.

  • For all my 21+ friends out there, add a splash of vodka for an instant cocktail!
