Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie + Recipe
In the summer of 2013, I did a summer internship program on the east coast and in order to keep costs down I ate either peanut butter and jelly or peanut butter, honey and banana sandwiches everyday. After an entire summer living on peanut butter, I could NOT eat it for several years. Lately, Johnathon and I have been having a delicious peanut butter and banana smoothie after our workouts and wanted to share the recipe with you!

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
Ready in 6 minutes
Serves 2 people
4 Tbsp. Rolled Oats
4 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
¾ cups Almond Milk
The Night Before: Remove the peel and break your banana into pieces before placing in freezer.
Blend: your banana, oats and almond milk until smooth before adding peanut butter and pulse.
If too thick for your taste add more almond milk
For the rolled oats, I used instant rolled oats. I’m not sure if that makes a difference
